Know what matters, what to fix and what comes first.
A fire risk assessment should make a building easier to manage. We examine the premises, people, hazards and existing controls, then produce a report that separates urgent risk from planned improvement.
Structured site inspection
Fire hazards, people at risk, escape arrangements, warning systems and management controls are examined on site.
Prioritised report
Findings are organised into clear actions with risk-led priorities so responsibilities can be assigned and tracked.
Fire extinguisher testing
Routine inspection and servicing of portable extinguishers, including condition, siting, identification and service records. Replacement or corrective work is quoted separately.
Smoke alarm testing
Functional testing of smoke alarms and linked detection devices, with defects recorded clearly. Commercial fire alarm systems are separately scoped to the applicable standard.
